About Dr. Rosia
Rosia Parrish, ND
Naturopathic Doctor | Fertility Specialist | Functional Medicine Practitioner
Dr. Rosia Parrish (she/her) is a Naturopathic Doctor and Fertility Specialist dedicated to helping individuals and couples optimize their reproductive health and achieve their dream of starting or growing a family. She earned her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the esteemed Bastyr University and completed advanced practitioner training through the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM).
With more than a decade of clinical and research experience, Dr. Parrish specializes in fertility, reproductive health, pregnancy, postpartum care, and hormonal health. Her approach goes beyond standard fertility evaluation to uncover underlying factors that may affect conception, pregnancy, and overall reproductive health. She creates highly individualized treatment plans designed to optimize fertility and support each patient throughout their path to parenthood.
Dr. Parrish also has extensive experience supporting male reproductive health and male factor infertility, including low sperm count and quality, high sperm DNA fragmentation, hormonal and testosterone imbalances, low libido, reproductive tract infections, and preconception optimization.
Because fertility is closely connected to whole-body health, Dr. Parrish takes a comprehensive approach to identifying and addressing factors that may influence reproductive outcomes. Her areas of expertise include hormonal imbalances such as PCOS, PMS, and PMDD; thyroid and autoimmune conditions; digestive concerns, food sensitivities, SIBO, and candida; chronic and hidden infections; chronic fatigue; and environmental exposures, including mold and mycotoxin-related illness. She has also completed advanced mold-focused training and is Mold-Literate Certified through Dr. Jill Crista.
At the heart of Dr. Parrish’s approach is a commitment to understanding the whole person rather than treating symptoms in isolation. She combines naturopathic and functional medicine with comprehensive testing and personalized care to identify underlying contributors to complex health concerns. Her goal is to provide thoughtful, practical, and individualized care that supports fertility goals while building a foundation for a healthy pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and lifelong wellness.

“My fertility doctor said there was nothing I could for my ovarian cysts that continually caused delays with my IVF process. The cysts were causing my menstrual cycle to be very inconsistent. After visiting Dr. Parrish, I felt more hopeful. She is kind, listens, and knows so much about women's health, particularly fertility. She put me on several supplements and my cycle regulated! I highly recommend seeing Dr. Parrish for any wellness checkup.”
